Up to 18 people can come and enjoy themselves in this accommodation. With access to the wellness facilities, you can always take a break from the fun. The residence is located in Ruinen in Drenthe and is the place to be for nature lovers. With the Dwingelderveld National Park at your side, you will soon feel the peace and quiet of the surroundings. Set off together and discover the walking and cycling routes that branch off around the park. There are also fun facilities at the park itself: take a dip in the swimming pool, play table tennis or challenge yourself on the volleyball court. Convince the family and come and discover it together!
Layout
This villa totals 200m2 and comes with plenty of space. There are two floors, where the living room can be found on the ground floor. In the living room, you can make use of a television and a cosy fireplace. The dining area and kitchen are also here. The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, a gas stove, oven, microwave, fridge-freezer and kettle. On the ground floor there is a bedroom with two single beds.
There are four bedrooms on the first floor. Two bedrooms have two single beds and a bunk bed. There is one bedroom with two single beds and one bedroom with four single beds and a bunk bed.
Many guests means two bathrooms. Both have a shower, bath and washbasin. One of the two available toilets is in a bathroom, the other is a separate toilet.
For your moments of rest there is a traditional sauna and hot tub, you can also come and enjoy the garden. The garden has a furnished terrace with an awning. You will also find a storage shed and parking for eight cars.
Availability
This type of holiday home includes properties that allow pets and that are pet-free. Are you unable to specify pets in the booking process for your travel party? Then unfortunately there is no holiday home available where pets are allowed.
Particularities
When using the hot tub, a lighting kit is obligatory. This lighting package consists of three bags of wood necessary for heating the hot tub, it is not allowed to use other wood. You can buy a lighting kit at the reception. The hot tub should be filled by yourself and emptied at the end of your stay. In prolonged drought and frost, there is a possibility that the hot tub cannot be used. If there is a prolonged drought, open fires are banned and if there is a frost, the pipes may freeze.

Location and surroundings
The village of Ruinen in Drenthe is located next to the beautiful Dwingelderveld National Park: a national park full of interesting flora and fauna and the ideal environment for cycling and walking tours. The sheep flock is definitely worth a visit. Every morning, the huge flock of sheep departs from the pen onto the Dwingelose moor and returns at the end of the day, a special spectacle to behold. Want to delve into the fascinating history of this region? Then visit the Memorial Centre Camp Westerbork, Museum Village Orvelte or see one of the many dolmens in the area. Want a great day out with the kids? Visit the Slagharen amusement park or go swimming in the Blauwe Meer in summer.
