Luxurious 2 person Tiny House with Hottub and Sauna on the Vinkeveense Plassen
This beautifully situated two-person Tiny House is located directly on the water of the Vinkeveense Plassen. In the garden is a lovely, wood-fired "Barrel Sauna" and a wood-fired hot tub. Here you can fully enjoy the tranquility and wellness facilities. The location is very quiet, there is no traffic here. The Tiny House is within walking distance (500m) of the public road where there is a wide variety of terraces and restaurants. Shopping day? Utrecht and Amsterdam can both be reached within twenty minutes!
Layout
This Tiny House consists of one room for living, sleeping and cooking. The open kitchen has a double dining area, dishwasher, four-burner stove, kettle, refrigerator, Senseo and a combination microwave. You will sleep in a luxurious double box spring combination. There is a luxurious bathroom with rain shower, washbasin and a separate toilet. Outside you have a lovely terrace on the water and a wood-fired hot tub and a wood-fired "barrel sauna". The sauna is shared with the neighbouring house. You can park in the central parking lot of Watersportcentrum Proosdij. The house has two bicycles and two scooters that you can use for free. There is also a SUP board available for joint use with the house next door.

- Wood for the hot tub and sauna is available. If you want more wood, it is available at about 150 metres from the Proosdij entrance.

Location and surroundings
Vinkeveen is known as that beautiful village by the water. The Vinkeveense Plassen therefore offer plenty of opportunities for water recreation. The unique twelve sandy islands are all accessible by water, and five you can reach by car. Snorkelling, sailing, canoeing or maybe even wakeboarding? It's all possible at the Vinkeveense Plassen. The village lies on the edge of Het Groene Hart, a peat meadow area. A real counterpoint to the urban area surrounding it. Near Vinkeveen are castles, forts and windmills that you can visit. Several large cities such as Amsterdam and Utrecht are easily accessible from Vinkeveen.

Het hout is ovengedroogd en zit in een waterdichte plastic verpakking. Derhalve ben ik verbaasd dat het niet goed brandde.
We hebben aangegeven dat parkeren aan de Herenweg gratis is. Op de kosten van het parkeerterrein aan de overkant hebben wij helaas, zoals vooraf gemeld geen invloed. Die is niet van ons.
Er is extreem veel regen gevallen. Het spijt ons hiervoor maar daar hebben we geen invloed op. En het is november dus herfst.
