Nice holiday ho for 12 Persons at Holiday park Marinapark Volendam.
This beautiful 12-person holiday home is on Marinapark Volendam. This beautifully laid out complex is in a fantastic location on the marina and close to the center of Volendam. Directly at the park you will find numerous facilities that make your stay extra enjoyable. In Restaurant de Pieterman you can enjoy a delicious meal and in the lounge café you can enjoy a drink. You can also take the children to the swimming pool (free access), the various play equipment or the adjacent beach. And there are also nice shops. There is a clinic for implantology, crown and bridge work and cosmetic dentistry at the park.
Layout
You rent two linked six-person holiday homes next to each other. There is a comfortable and luxuriously furnished living room with a dining and sitting area with a Smart TV. The kitchen has a dishwasher, combi microwave, four-burner stove, refrigerator, filter coffee maker and kettle. Upstairs there are six bedrooms in total, each with two single box-spring beds. In some bedrooms there is an extra TV. Upstairs there are two bathrooms with a shower, sink and toilet. There are also two separate toilets. You also have a spacious balcony with garden furniture. Parking space nearby the house.

- The interior/exterior of these holiday homes may differ from each other.
- These holiday homes cannot be rented for business purposes and the main booker must be at least 21 years old.
- The park reserves the right to request a deposit between EUR 50 and EUR 500 per person on site. This deposit depends on the group composition. Please take this into account when making the reservation.
- With the exception of school holidays, the swimming pool is closed on Wednesday afternoons.
- On the weekend of 6 to 9 September 2024 is the famous fair in Volendam. This event attracts many visitors and may involve noise pollution. In this period, booking of final cleaning per accommodation and bed linen per person is obligatory. You will also have to pay an extra deposit of €50 per person, which will be refunded to you after departure provided no nuisance or damage was caused during your stay. Monday 9 September 2024 is the last day of the fair in Volendam. This may cause inconvenience. Please also note that shops and catering establishments may be closed on Mondays and Tuesdays.
- In 2025, the fair will be from 5 to 8 September 2025, for this the above 2024 information also applies.
- Due to maintenance work, the swimming pool at Marinapark Volendam will be closed from Monday 18 November 2024 to Friday 22 November 2024.

Location and surroundings
Volendam is the village with its traditional costumes, famous eelsound and its archetypal Dutch conviviality. Take a nice portrait photo in the traditional costume or walk along the dike. In summer, from the Leek (adjacent to the Monnickenmeer) there is the opportunity to explore the Waterland landscape by boat or canoe and view the area from the water. The town is also located on the Markermeer, where all kinds of water sports can be practiced. Also visit the Zuiderzee Museum in Enkhuizen, the famous cheese market in Alkmaar or the Fort near Edam. Of course, you can also enjoy a day in Amsterdam. With plenty of stores, cafes, restaurants and museums, you won't be bored there.

Faciliteiten: vaatwassers werkten niet goed, mengkraan douche idem. Verder heel fijn verblijf gehad op een fijn kleinschalig en mooi gelegen en ingericht parkje. Prettige accommodatie en goed ingericht voor 12 personen.
