The open kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances, including an induction hob, microwave, oven, dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer, toaster, Senseo coffee maker, kettle and Quooker. On the first floor there is also a toilet. On the second floor is the bedroom with a double box spring (160x200cm), single sofa bed (80x200cm) by the window, a television and a spacious closet. The adjacent bathroom has a walk-in rain shower, toilet and double sink cabinet. There is a washing machine in the downstairs storage room. Parking is available on the private property for two cars. The 80 square meter southeast facing garden is an ideal place for relaxation and entertainment, with a garden set, two sunbeds and parasol.
