5 persons flat close to sea and dunes in Zoutelande

This flat is suitable for 5 persons and is located near the centre of Zoutelande and at the foot of the dunes. You can enjoy this prime location with a beautiful view of the dunes from the apartment. Through the dunes, it is only a few hundred metres to the beach. Zoutelande beach is known as the sunniest beach in the Netherlands. Land and sea offer countless recreational opportunities: from kite-surfing and stunt flying to undisturbed cycling or walking along the many nature reserves in the hinterland. Zoutelande is a cosy village with many nice shops and restaurants and is framed by high dunes and vast sandy beaches.

The flat is located on the first floor. The living room features a sitting and dining area. There is also a television and central heating. The open kitchen includes a 4-burner gas cooker, combination microwave, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, filter coffee maker and kettle. There is one bedroom with a double bed (180x200), one bedroom with two single beds and one bedroom with a single bed. The compact bathroom has a shower, sink and hairdryer. There is a separate toilet. Through the living room you can access the covered balcony (10m2). 

On the second floor, there is a washing machine in the storage room at your disposal. There is a cot, highchair and stair gate in the apartment. In the storage room there is space to store bicycles and a possibility to charge electric bicycles. There is parking for one car at the complex.
