Just outside Zoutelande you can rent this wonderful, luxurious 4-person holiday house. This comfortable, fully furnished holiday house is entirely situated on the ground floor. It offers a wonderful view of the dunes and a wonderful, sunny garden, a perfect place to admire the sunrise in the morning and sunset in the evening. There is a large playing field for kids and also a small meadow with a couple of sheep and chickens. If you would like to come with more than four persons you can rent the neighbouring holiday house ZE 179 as well.
Shops are situated within walking distance. Zoutelande offers several restaurants and terraces. Zoutelande offers the only south-facing beach of the Netherlands and, thus, most sun hours. Layout
The house features a spacious bright living room with partially open-plan kitchen. The living room is cosily furnished and equipped with two sofas, a dining table, DVD player, satellite TV and radio. The kitchen is equipped with a four-burner cooker, dishwasher, filter coffee maker, fridge/freezer, microwave, orange squeezer and kettle.
There are two bedrooms, each with two single beds with box-spring mattresses. The nice bathroom has a walk-in shower, sink and toilet. The holiday home has central heating (underfloor heating), free internet, high chair and cot.
Outside you have a lovely large garden where the children can play. The garden is equipped with garden furniture and a parasol. From the living room you overlook the garden with unobstructed views of the countryside.
A bicycle shed is at your disposal. You can park your car at the accommodation.
