Holiday park De Boshoek on the Veluwe is the ideal destination for a holiday in the Netherlands for both an active weekend away or a wonderful relaxing holiday. Recreation park De Boshoek is centrally located on the Veluwe near the town of Voorthuizen. The holiday park has a beautiful indoor swimming pool, a bowling alley, a panna cage and much more..... There is really plenty to do, also for a nice evening in the restaurant or just lovely 'terraces' you can just visit the park to stay. Do you want to go out into nature? no problem! From the park you can cycle or walk straight into nature. Wonderful park for young and old!
Particularities
- Depending on the group composition, the park may require a deposit of up to 100 euros per person on arrival.
- The decor / exterior of these cottages may be slightly different.
- The lead booker must be at least 21 years old.
- Note: the houses in the park are not accessible by car. There are additional parking spaces close to the accommodations, here you can park and then go on foot to the accommodation.
- As of September 2024, the indoor pool is permanently closed.
Facilities
General
Recreatie de Boshoek has a central reception area where you can get all the information you need about the surrounding area. There is also a Minimarket at the park for the necessary groceries.
Sports and Games
The holiday park has a miniature golf course (for a fee), table tennis tables, a tennis and badminton court, a panna cage and bowling alleys (for a fee). There are also various other organised games such as buggy rides, GPS tours, farmer games and old-fashioned games. During the school holidays, many activities are organised by the animation team. The programme is very diverse and for young and old. There are various smaller and larger playgrounds spread throughout the park, including an interactive indoor play area.
Swimming and wellness
There is a nice indoor pool with a separate toddler area. In the summer months, there is also a beautiful outdoor pool available. For the enthusiasts, there is a hairdresser and a tanning salon at the park. You can also come here for a beneficial massage. Please note that as of September 2024, the indoor pool will be permanently closed.
Catering
The holiday park has two restaurants, one of which is western-style. For the most important groceries, there's a supermarket on the park. Ideal to get your 'forgotten' stuff.
